At Sight Cymru, our work is led by a warm, freindly, and dedicated team who are passionate about supporting people living with sight loss and other disabilities. Our staff bring a mix of professional skills, lived experience and local knowledge, and they work closely together to make sure the people we support feel listened to, valued and included.

Our teams deliver a wide range of services, from rehabilitation, to providing wellbeing support and maintaining peer groups, advocacy and welfare rights, creating aware ness and community activities and digital inclusion. Whether we’re offering practical advice, building confidence, or connecting people with others, our focus is always on helping people live independently and stay connected to their communities.

Together, our staff and volunteers are committed to creating a more accessible and inclusive Wales — and everything we do starts with people.
