Trainee Visual Rehabilitation Specialist
Vision rehabilitation officers work with people with sight loss to restore functional ability and improve their quality of life and independence.
Rehabilitation officers keep written records, produce reports and may attend meetings and case conferences at times. They liaise with members of social services teams and other professionals to rebuild their general living skills post-sight loss.
Working to enable people to retain or regain independence following sight loss, you will be providing training and guidance in mobility, orientation, daily living and communication
We are looking for a qualified worker who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and energetic.
